Marley Park is a master-planned community in Surprise, Arizona. Fundamental in its development, Marley Park strives to create a strong sense of community and belonging. There are several parks in each neighborhood of Marley Park, which are connected by tree-lined streets. Each park has a specific theme. For example, a park might me tailored to children from ages 5-10 with playground equipment, and another park might have several benches meant for adult reading and relaxation.
Marley Park has a planned “Heritage Club,” which is an indoor/outdoor community recreational facility for residents. It is planned to open in January of 2007. The club will offer civic, cultural and entertainment opportunities to everyone in the community. There will be meeting rooms for various club gatherings, a computer room for high-speed internet access as well as a community pool for residents and their guests. Marley Park Homes
Currently (as of spring 2007), there are around 20 resale homes on the market in Marley Park. The prices start around $300K for a 3bed, 2bath, 1900 sq. foot home and go up to 600K for a 5bedroom, 3,800 sq. foot house.

Location of Marley Park
Marley Park is located in between Waddell and Cactus roads to the north/south and Litchfield and Reems roads to the east/west. It is a short drive to the Loop 303 or US 60 and is very close (but not in the flight path) to Luke Airforce Base. Marley Park Schools
Located in the Dysart School District, Marley Park has a K-8 elementary school that is located in the community. Called the Marley Park Elementary School, it is located adjacent to Heritage Park and within walking distance from most homes. The school offers students and teachers easy access to adjacent baseball and soccer fields, an open-air amphitheater and an interconnecting path and trail system.
