The prices start around $200K for a 3bed, 2bath, 1,300 sq. foot home and go up to $475K for a 3,000 sq. foot home. Location of Surprise Farms
Surprise Farms is located in the Northwest Valley in the City of Surprise. It is positioned at the southwest corner of Bell Avenue and Cotton Lane. Residents of Surprise Farms have easy access to the Loop 303 which connects the I-10 to the I-17.
Surprise Farms Schools
Surprise Farms has its own elementary school and high school located right in the community. The K-8 elementary school, Cimarron Springs Elementary, is within walking distance of a lot of homes in the community. The High School, Willow Canyon, is located at the northwest corner of the community. Both of these schools are served by the Dysart Unified School District.
