Location of Palm Valley
Palm Valley is located to northwest of Litchfield Road and McDowell Roads in Goodyear. Depending on a homes’ location in Palm Valley, it is less than five minutes to the I-10 and then another 20 minutes to downtown Phoenix.
Palm Valley Schools
The K-5 School, Palm Valley Elementary and Western Sky Middle School are located in the community. Both of these Schools are served by the Litchfield Elementary School District. However, children in Palm Valley going to high school will attend either the Agua Fria High School or Millennium High School.
