Built by Pulte Homes from 1998 to 2000, Boulder Mountain was one of the first communities in Northeast Mesa to develop a community with the natural desert landscape in mind. One of the fundamental elements of the community was to build homes that have views of the Usery Mountains, desert terrain or a lush greenbelt area.
