The Ahwatukee Country Club was designed by Johnny Bulla in 1973. It measures 6,713 from the back tees with a rating of 71.5. It is a traditional course with wide-open rolling fairways. However, the fairways are lined by homes and are staked on both sides with out-of-bounds markers. The greens are very fast and somewhat undulating.
